Skills: The Program Manager will be responsible for assisting the
Program Director and the program management staff in
business capture plans, preparing and presenting briefings
to potential and current customers, preparing proposals, and
managing contracts. Must lead a production team responsible
for all ISC efforts in the support of delivering Aerosonde
Systems, as well as logistics and training material and
ensuring all products are fabricated and tested in

Required Skills

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
: Provide program and acquisition management in support of the 3DELRR program's preparation for Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD).

Assist the Government in formulating USAF policy, guidance, and oversight responsibilities for the Air Operations Center (AOC) Weapon System. Analyze and interpret operational concepts, capabilities and requirements, migration strategies, military strategy and doctrine as they pertain to C2 integration; review documents. Conduct analyses and coordinate IAW the development/approval process (Joint Capabilities Integration and development System (JCIDS)). Assist in Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) activities for existing and future AOC and C2 programs.
